Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition. He, on further instructions, submits that petitioners have no objection in case the amount deposited in this Court is released to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, also accedes to the request of the petitioners.

In view thereof, the amount lying deposited in the Court be released to the respondent alongwith interest accrued thereupon, if any, subject to proper verification.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith pending applications.
