The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 674/2022 of PS Bhajanpura for offence under Section 323/506/377 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act.

Broadly speaking, the accused/applicant allegedly forced 11 year old boy into unnatural sex.

The only witness who remains to be examined in trial is IO, who is stated to be on maternity leave. Since the victim has supported prosecution case and the trial is at fag end, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 4.

As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
