The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 487/2025 of PS Chhawla for offence under Section 316/318/324/326/340/ 329/351/61 BNS.

Broadly speaking, the prosecution case is as follows. Late Shri Khubram had two sons, namely, Ganeshi Lal and Chandan Singh. In his registered Will, Khubram disowned both his sons and bequeathed his entire property equally amongst his seven grandsons. Accordingly, son of Chandan Singh also inherited 1/7th property of Khubram. Son of Chandan Singh passed away intestate and did not have a wife. Chandan Singh allegedly forged documents to make himself 50% co-owner of the property and executed Release Deed in favour of the present accused/applicant, who is son of Ganeshi Lal.

so that he may surrender and file regular bail application. 4.
