The Petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers:
"(a) writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 3 and 4 to handover the original title documents of property no. 402, Sector-15A, Noida, property no. A-51 Sector-44, Noida and 1600 original share certificates of Vijaya Bank Limited which would have been returned immediately by the Respondents upon completion of the assessment of the Petitioners in the year 2014;
b) pass/grant such order/relief and further orders/reliefs in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

On 05.04.2023, this Court had directed that since the assessment qua The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
the Petitioners has been completed way back in 2014, the relevant original documents be produced by the Respondent No. 2- Central Board of Income Tax before the Court.

Today, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents has handed over the following communication:

A perusal of the aforesaid communication indicates that the documents are verified and confirmed by the authorised representative of assessee and these documents will be handed over to the assessee/authorised representative positively on or before 09.02.2024. The document is taken on record.
