Mr.Sabharwal, learned counsel for respondent no.1, submits that the inspection shall be carried out by them on 06.02.2019 at 11.00 am. However, Mr.Puneet Goel, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner states that

the petitioner is not available in town till 13.02.2019. 4.

As agreed, let the inspection be carried out on 15.02.2019 at 11.00 am.
