By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 612/2025, registered at Police Station Palam, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNS'). 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 3.
