By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.359/2025 registered at PS.: Crime Branch, Delhi under Sections 20/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
