The learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petitions in view of the interim protection granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed in W.P.(CRL)No. 497/2023 titled as Sashi Kant Pandey Vs. Union of India, with liberty to approach the Court at a later stage, if so advised. 2.

A copy of the said order has been handed over in Court, the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
