This application has been filed by the Applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 68/2018 dated 19.03.2018, under Sections 406/420/468/471/120B IPC registered at PS: Economic Offences Wing.

Status report has been filed wherein it is stated that the matter is now fixed before the learned Trial Court on 22.05.2024. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application to approach the Court after the order on charge. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has neither entered into nor expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and withdrawal of the present application is purely on account of the fact that the matter is listed on 22.05.2024 before the learned Trial Court.
