Mr.Aman Usman, learned APP points out that proceeding under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 have been initiated against the applicant and he has also been declared as a Proclaimed Offender vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi. 2.

In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Srikant Upadhyay & Ors. v. State of Bihar & Anr.,2024 SCC OnLine SC 282 the present application will no longer be maintainable. The same is accordingly dismissed.
