The present order is being passed in continuation of the order dated 27.11.2024 and 28.04.2025, wherein it was recorded that the property bearing No. 5/2, Singh Sabha Road, Block 40, Shakti Nagar, Delhi- 110007 ('suit property') is in the process of being sold to a third-party buyer. 2.
Learned counsels for the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 1 to 5 jointly state that the suit property stands sold by a private sale and the sale proceeds have been divided between the parties. They state that therefore, the estate of late Sh. Bishamber Nath and late Sh. Amar Nath stands partitioned between the parties and consequently, all claims between the parties stand satisfied. They state that the suit may be disposed of. 3.

In view of the submissions of the parties recorded herein above, it is observed that the reliefs sought in the suit stand satisfied and the present suit stands disposed of.
