By way of present bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of four weeks in FIR No. 279/2022 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC at P.S. Sarai Rohilla on the ground that her son is getting married on 05.03.2024. 2.

Issue notice.

Mr. Khanna, learned APP for the State accepts notice and opposes the bail application. He submits that one of the eye witnesses namely Farooq is under examination and his examination-in-chief is partly recorded. 4.

Since the marriage of the applicant's son already stands verified and a Status Report to that effect was filed before the Trial Court, it is directed that applicant be taken in custody to the venue of the marriage ceremony of the applicant's son on 04.03.2024 at 10 am and brought back at 5 pm. The applicant be again taken in custody on 05.03.2024 at 10 am to the venue and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. brought back to the jail at 5 pm. The police officials accompanying the applicant on both dates shall go in plain clothes. 5.
