The present Petitions have been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, 1973 for quashing of the summoning Order dated 16.05.2016 vide which the petitioner has been summoned under Section 138 NI Act, 1881. 2.

The summoning Order is of 2016 and even if it is accepted that the petitioner came to know about the Order in November, 2019 on issue of warrants, there is no reason why the alternative Application remedy was not availed by the petitioner by approaching the Revisional Court. 3.

The Petitions are disposed of with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
