After some arguments the petitioner i.e., Mr. Mohit Mittal, appearing in person, seeks to withdraw the present petition, since, inadvertently he had not divulged any information qua the order dated 11.04.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in MAT.APP. (F.C.) 123/2021 titled as Mohit Mittal vs. Kanika Jain and the subsequent order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 12.08.2022 in SLP (C) No.11274/2022 titled as Mohit Mittal vs. Kanika Jain. He also contends that this is despite the fact that neither of the said orders have any bearing upon the facts and circumstances involved in the present situation since he had already taken appropriate steps for seeking amendment which has already been allowed after passing of the said orders.

In view of the statement made by the petitioner appearing in person, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, if any, is dismissed as withdrawn.
