O R D E R

% 09.03.2018 This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') seeks appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relations to the Collaboration Agreement dated 05.09.2017. Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties may be referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) for appointment of an Arbitrator and for conduct of the Arbitration Proceedings. I accordingly direct the parties to appear before the DIAC on 22nd March, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. DIAC shall appoint the Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes between the parties. Arbitration and fee shall be governed by the DIAC rules.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.

CRL.M.A. No.3631/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.
