% 06.02.2019 This writ petition is filed for releasing 125 KV D.G.set belonging to the petitioner, purchased vide invoice No.KHD/1686/1516, from the unauthorised occupation of NDMC and for a direction to NDMC to deliver its possession to the petitioner after verifying the ownership documents. The set was installed in the Connaught Hotel. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that M/s Prominent Hotels has already been auctioned and respondent is in the process of auctioning its moveable assets, which include the generator which infact is the property of this petitioner, let out to the hotel. Though the learned counsel for the respondent has referred to as invoice dated 25.12.2015 which show this generator was purchased by one M/s J.K.Power Engineering but on record there is yet another

receipt dated January, 2016 issued by the petitioner wherein the said generator is given to M/s Connaught Hotels. Let this fact of ownership of the set be verified within four weeks from today. List on 10th May, 2019 and till then this generator set be not sold. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
