% 29.03.2017 Status report has been filed by respondent no.1. The status report of respondent no.1 is taken on record. It has been perused. It is pointed out that field staff had inspected the property in question on 17.3.2017. Construction had been carried out as per sanction plan comprising of basement, stilt floor, ground floor (above stilt) to third floor. Certain deviations/excess coverage against the sanctioned plan had been noted. This had been booked on 17.3.2017 itself. It is stated that all actions which have initiated against this illegal deviations shall be taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent no.1 is taken on record. It shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are represented. It is pointed out that this is a private vendetta which the petitioner is raising against the

private respondents and a civil suit is pending inter se the parties in which the petitioner had forged the signatures of respondent nos.2 and 3 for which a criminal complaint has also been lodged by respondent nos.2 and 3. These submissions are also taken on record. However, noting the stand of respondent no.1 no further orders are called for in this petition.
