O R D E R

% 08.02.2019 The petitioners seek anticipatory bail. They are accused in case FIR No.

0097/18 dated 29.03.2018 registered under sections 376/452/323/328/506/120B Indian Penal Code, 1860 and section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station,

R.K. Puram, Delhi for abetting the main accused in committing an offence under section 376 IPC.

The petitioners are said to reside three kilometres away from the main accused and are not related to him; two other persons accused in the same case have been enlarged on bail. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents and are parents of minor children, whom they have to take care of.

In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to join investigations. They shall report to the Investigating Officer on 09.02.2019 at 3.00 pm and on all such dates as may be intimated by the Investigating Officer.

Till the next date of hearing, the petitioners shall not be arrested. List on 24.04.2019.
