The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the Code Of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as „CPC‟) impugning the order dated 19.01.2024 passed in Civil Suit No. 49/2023 titled as „Anil Kumar v.
