O R D E R

% 13.01.2017 Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.237/2013 under Sections 354/509/506 IPC registered at police station Dwarka North on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Satish Yadav PS Dwarka North. She submits that petitioner was her friend and complaint was lodged due to some misunderstanding.

She also submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. She further submits that she does not wish to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.237/2013 under Sections 354/509/506 IPC registered at police station Dwarka North and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
