Present writ petition has been filed by Agson Global Pvt. Ltd. & Another with the prayer that respondent-bank be directed to disburse emergency loan of Rs. 150 crores under the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme.

However, it has now been apprised that company is already under insolvency and vide order dated 30.01.2024 passed by National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (Court-II), Mr. Shailesh Verma, Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has been appointed and has been directed to take charge of the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor i.e. petitioner herein. 3.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner company submits that in view of the aforesaid development, petitioner is no longer interested in continuing with the present writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
