% 29.01.2019 Mr. Rajinder Singh, authorised representative of the respondent (complainant) submits that the proceedings in the criminal complaint case (no.10689/2017) in which the petitioner besides others were summoned, have already concluded on 24.08.2018, the matter having been disposed of as compounded and the accused persons acquitted. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was not aware of such result of the case. Be that as it may, he now submits that he does not press the petition for nay further directions as the petition is rendered infructuous.

The petition and the application filed therewith are disposed of accordingly.
