Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 points out that the petitioner has not been appearing for the last few dates of hearing. 3.

She also points out that in any event, the present petition is not maintainable inasmuch as the petitioner was a contractual employee engaged by the respondent nos.3 and 4.

In the circumstances, considering the aforesaid and in view of the non-appearance of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
