% 24.02.2020 Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 has made twofold submissions.

One, the relief sought by the petitioner is predominantly against the respondent no. 2, which is an autonomous body situated in Puducherry.

The other is to the effect that respondent no. 2 had invited applications with issuance of the advertisement in December, 2019 itself. Without prejudice to the pleas of the petitioners, taking note of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent no. 2, ld. counsel for the petitioners seek to withdraw the instant petition to agitate any of the rights of the petitioners before the appropriate Court/forum. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
