This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking direction of this Court to the respondents for insertion of the charges under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC') and filing of fresh charge sheet in FIR No.285/2022 registered at Police Station: Pandav Nagar, East-District, Delhi for offence under Section 354/354C/506/354A/354B/120B/506 of the IPC. 2.

The learned ASC points out that the charge sheet already stands filed.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of reserving the liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedy as may be open to the petitioner in accordance with law.
