May Direct/Order the release of the Applicant/ Accused / petitioner on Interim bail for a period of 15 days, on such terms BAIL APPLN.-841/2025 13 14 and conditions as it may deem fit in the above-said case, i.e., FIR No.575 /2023, U/s 302/34 of IPC, PS: Jahangir Puri, New Delhi, and/or;

b. Pass any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case;" 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application with documents with respect to the treatment of the applicant, if any, 4.
