The present petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with High Court Rules seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Issue notice as to show cause to the contemnor to comply with the Order dated. 17/03/2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (C) No.2613/2023, in the interest of justice. (b) To issue directions/orders/appropriate proceedings against the contemnor for willful disobedience of this Hon'ble Court. (c) Impose exemplary cost upon the contemnor for willful disobedience of this Hon'ble Court.

(d) Pass any other/further order which this Hon'ble court deems, fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present Petition may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the contemnor, in the interest of justice."

"9. In addition, the petitioner shall clear the outstanding dues of Rs. 13,649/- by three monthly instalments. It is clarified that the petitioner has volunteered to pay the outstanding charges subject to her claim of recovering the same from respondent No. 2." 4.

Respondent appears in-person and submits that he will make the aforesaid payment of Rs.13,649/- within a period of 1 week from today to the petitioner. This statement is taken on record. 5.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case, the undertaking given before this Court is not complied with.
