The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with a Notice dated 17.03.2023, issued by the Deputy Secretary (Committee), Legislative Assembly, National Capital Territory of Delhi. The same inter-alia directs the petitioner to appear before Committee of Privileges. The relevant portion of the same is reproduced as under: "F.No. Comm./Privi./2(97)/LAS/2021/24038-041 Dated: 17/03/2023 To Shri Bhagwan Singh, Municipal Secretary, Municipal Corporation of Delhi Sub.: Conduct of Shri Bhagwan Singh, Municipal Secretary, Municipal Corporation of Delhi during the proceedings of the Committee on Petitions held on 07.03.2023 and 09.03.2023.

theHon'ble Chairperson, Committee on Petitions regarding alleging breach of privilege during the Sitting of the Committee on Petitions held on 07.03.2023 and 09.03.2023 on the subject cited above. Hon'ble Speaker, Delhi Legislative Assembly has referred the above captioned matter to the Committee of Privilegs. In this regard, I am directed by the Hon'ble Chairperson, Committee of Privileges to request you to appear before the the Committee of Privileges in its sitting scheduled to be held on 20.03.2023 at 06:00 P.M. along with reply/comments for placing the same before the Hon'ble Member of the Committee.

Learned counsel for the GNCTD draws attention to a communication dated 08.04.2025, issued by the Deputy Secretary (Legislation), Legislative Assembly Secretariat, National Capital Territory of Delhi, which inter-alia states as under:

"In this regard, I am directed to inform that the House in its sitting held on 27th March 2025 has decided that "no further action be taken on the pending matters referred to the Committee of Privileges, Committee on Petitions and Questions and Reference Committee during the VI and VII Assembly and the same may be treated as disposed." A copy of the Bulleting-I of 27th March 2025 is enclosed herewith."

In the circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 5.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
