O R D E R

% 09.04.2018 Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions very fairly states that the principal amount deposited by the petitioners alongwith Simple Interest @ 6% per annum starting from the date of deposit till date of payment shall be refunded back to the petitioners within six weeks from today.

Binding the petitioners to the said submission, the present petitions are disposed of. In the eventuality there is any default on the part of the respondent, liberty is granted to the petitioners to seek revival of the present petitions.
