CRL.M.C. 1691/2024 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.3/2019 dated 07.01.2019 under Sections 354/354(B)/509/323 IPC registered at PS: Lodhi Colony. CRL.M.C. 1704/2024 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.4/2019 dated 07.01.2019 under Sections 451/354/323/509/34 IPC registered at PS: Lodhi Colony. 3.

Learned APP at the outset points out that the compromise neither bears the date of execution nor the names of the witnesses and cannot be accepted for quashing the FIR.

On a perusal of the compromise deed, this Court finds merit in the contention. The compromise deed is bereft of the execution date and the names of witnesses in whose presence it is purportedly executed and signed. 5.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file afresh after a proper compromise deed is executed in accordance with required procedure. 6.

Petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
