% 15.01.2016 CM No.1578/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioners for withdrawal of the present petition. For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 216/2016 & CM No.871/2016 The petitioners have filed the present petition assailing order dated 04.01.2015 issued individually to each of the petitioners passed by respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to file separate petition on behalf of the the petitioners. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.

I have filed the present petition bearing W.P.(C) No.8865/2008. I have entered into settlement with respondent No.1 before the Mediator, Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 15.10.2015. I do not want to pursue the present petition in terms of settlement dated 15.10.2015. The application bearing C.M. Appl. No.1409/2016 bears my signature at point 'A'. My petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move an application for revival of the petition in case respondent No.1 violates any terms of the settlement dated 15.10.2015 signed by both the parties before the Mediator, Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi.
