The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 565/2025 of PS Welcome for offence under Section 109(1)/115(2)/126(2)/ 118(2)/3(5) BNS.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that with intention to kill the first informant, he gave a blow with a sharp edged weapon and when the first informant tried to save himself, a finger of left hand of the first informant got amputated.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application so that the accused/applicant may surrender and file regular bail application. 4.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
