It is pointed out that the complaints filed by the respondent/complainant have been dismissed for nonprosecution.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks opportunity to withdraw the petitions since the cause of action does not survive at this stage. He seeks liberty to file petition afresh in case the complaints are revived. 3.

The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
