The present Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.52/2013, under Sections 3 & 4 of Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999, registered at Police Station Begumpur, West Delhi.

Learned counsel submits that the Petitioner was arrested only in 2021 and thereafter, Charge has been framed against him on 04.11.2024. Essentially, by way of present Petition, the Petitioner is challenging the Order on Charge though there is no specific prayer made to this effect in the Petition.
