O R D E R

% 05.02.2019 The petitioners had earlier approached the Court seeking quashing of FIR. However, by the order dated 12.12.2018 in W.P.(CRL) 3770/2018, the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn. It reads as under:- "After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition.

The petition, alongwith pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn."

The Court would note that the aforesaid withdrawal of the Writ Petition was without liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court again. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly does not press the petition and seeks liberty to pursue their remedies as may

be available in law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted. NAJMI WAZIRI, J FEBRUARY 05, 2019 RW
