% 24.01.2020 Petitioner is seeking parole for a period of one month in FIR No. 887/2006 under Section 302/307 IPC r/w Section 120B IPC registered at police station Punjabi Bagh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that another application for grant of parole to the petitioner on the ground of surgery of his wife has been filed before the competent authority, but the same has not yet been decided.

Heard. Let the said application be decided by the concerned competent authority within a period of ten days. In view of the above direction, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition.
