This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the Delhi Pollution Control Committee-respondent no.2 to take action against respondent no.3 carrying out industrial activity from premises bearing No. D-1557, Narela Industrial Complex, Narela, Delhi without the necessary consent/permission of DPCC under the provisions of The Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. 2.

Looking into the limited nature of the prayer made, respondent no.2 is directed to carry out an inspection of the premises of respondent no.3 and in case respondent no.3 is found to be in breach of any norm, take action in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the submissions made by the petitioner in the present petition. 4.

The petition along with pending application is disposed of with the above directions.
