Criminal Miscellaneous Petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing of FIR No.297/2021 dated 16.04.2021, under Section 376/354/506/34 IPC, P.S.Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom.

The parties are present in person who are identified by the IO. The statements of the parties have been recorded by the learned Joint Registrar. The Complainant has categorically stated in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C and also in the statement recorded by the learned JR on 03.03.2025 that the allegations made in the FIR was because of depression and hallucinations, she has been suffering on account of her differences with the husband. 3.

The parties endorse that they have arrived at a Settlement voluntarily and without any pressure and coercion and shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

In view of the Settlement, FIR No.297/2021 dated 16.04.2021, under Section 376/354/506/34 IPC, P.S.Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
