This petition has been filed by the petitioner feeling aggrieved by the construction of a Foot Over Bridge (FOB) at Bhishama Pitamah Marg, Kotla Mubarakpur Market.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in front of petitioner‟s commercial premises there already exists a transformer and a telephone junction. He submits that with the construction of the proposed FOB, the commercial value of the property of the petitioner will be totally eroded.

In my view, these are the matters to be considered first by the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Accordingly, respondent nos. 1 and 2 are directed to treat the contents of the present petition as a representation of the petitioner and decide on the same within a period of one week from today after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the submissions made by the petitioner in the present petition. 6.

The petition along with pending application are disposed of with these directions.
