% 11.10.2017 The present suit has been filed for recovery of Rs 1,42,65,000/- alongwith pendent lite and future interest and for permanent injunction. On 10th July, 2017, the present suit was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Mediation in the present case has been successful through the efforts of Mr Gajendra Giri, Advocate-Mediator. A settlement agreement has been executed between the parties on 08th September, 2017.

Keeping in view the said settlement, learned counsel for the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the present suit. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry of this court is directed to issue to the Authorised Representative of the plaintiff a certificate authorising it to receive back from the Collector half amount of the court fee paid by it in respect of the present suit.
