The present petition alleges violation / disobedience of certain orders passed in Civil Suit (SCJ) No.30/2018.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition, inasmuch as, any infraction of orders passed in the said civil suit can be brought to the attention of the concerned Court seized of the matter, which is competent to pass appropriate orders to ensure compliance. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent also strenuously objects to the maintainability of the present petition. Without prejudice thereto, it is stated by learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) that the MCD is pursuing the matter with the DDA for obtaining sanction plan in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respect of the property in question. It is stated that the matter shall be diligently pursued by the DDA to expeditiously obtain the Standard Building Plan and once the same is obtained, an updated status report shall be filed before the concerned Civil Court.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to pass any further orders in the present petition.

The same is accordingly disposed of, taking on record the aforesaid statement.
