The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing of decision dated 24.02.2022 taken by the respondent no. 2 by suspending the petitioner's Twitter account. The petitioner has made the following prayers:

a) Issue a Writ/Order/Direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned decision of the Respondent No.2 dated 24.02.2022 whereby the Petitioner's twitter handle @MeghUpdates has been suspended.

b) Pass any other Writ(s)/Order(s)/Direction(s)/Relief(s) in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents in the interest of justice.

The counsel for the respondent no. 2 stated that the Twitter account of the petitioner has already been restored by the respondent no. 2. The counsel for the petitioner stated that as the Twitter account of the petitioner has already been restored by the respondent no. 2, the prayers made in the present petition are satisfied as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
