This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the proceedings arising out of CT Case No. 4950/2020 titled 'Oravel Stays Pvt. Ltd. v. Olive Castless Pvt. Ltd.' pending before learned MM (NI Act)-03, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, Delhi on the ground that the matter was settled with the Respondent and yet these proceedings have been initiated. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that steps have been taken for withdrawal of the complaint and the matter is listed tomorrow before the Trial Court.
