Agarwal Judge, Delhi Judicial Services Secretary, DLSA, North-East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in the interest of justice. It is further most humbly and graciously prayed that in view of the facts and circumstances mentioned and submitted hereinabove, your Lordship may Kindly be pleased to direction to IO to verify the record of all the medical document kept in the St. Stephen Hospital. Any other relief (s), which your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the present circumstances as mentioned and submitted hereinabove, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner."
