By way of the present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 138/2025 dated 25.03.2025, registered at Police Station Nangloi, Delhi, under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

At the very outset, Mr. Hitesh Vali, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that although charges have been framed, the evidence of the injured victims remains to be recorded. 3.

Mr. Hari Krishan, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application at this stage, without prejudice to the applicant's rights and remedies before the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. He further requests that the proceedings before the learned Sessions Court be expedited, at least for the limited purpose of recording the testimony of the injured victims. The learned Sessions Court is, accordingly, requested to consider such a request, having regard to its Board as well as the age of the matters pending before it. 5.

The bail application, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid submission. 6.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any application that may be filed by the applicant hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
