The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of the alternative remedy by approaching the Central Appellate Authority. However, he requests that the directions be issued to the Central Appellate Authority to decide the

petitioners' appeal expeditiously.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If the appeal is preferred within a period of one week from today, the Central Appellate Authority shall consider all contentions and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks, thereafter, uninfluenced by the question of delay. 4.

The pending application is disposed of.
