% 31.01.2020 Ms. Meenu, the hitherto missing adult grand-daughter of the petitioner, Ms. Maina Devi, is present before this Court along with Mr. Mausam S/o Mr. Rajwa @ Raju, her legally wedded husband. We are informed at the Bar that, Ms. Maina Devi, the paternal grandmother, has had a detailed interaction with her grand-daughter, Ms. Meenu D/o Mr. Ajay.

In view of the circumstance that, Ms. Meenu is an adult and has married Mr. Mausam of her own free will and desire, Ms. Maina Devi, her paternal grandmother does not press this habeas corpus petition any further.
