1. This is an appeal filed by the victim in SC 8/2021 on the file of the ASJ-02, South West, Dwarka, New Delhi aggrieved by the order dated 01.12.2022 by which the accused person in the said case was discharged.
2. It is seen that the appellant was not present on the last hearing date, i.e. 04.11.2025.
3. There is no representation for the appellant today also. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
