% 25.01.2017 The decretal amount is less than two crores rupees. As per Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 23 of 2015) which came into effect from 26.10.2015 vide notification No. F. No L-19015/04/2012 Jus dated 26.10.2015 and extracts of the minutes dated 20.10.2016, the execution petition is liable to be transferred before the concerned District Court. Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that office of the judgment debtor is outside the territory of Delhi and plaintiff office is situated at Mehrauli Road which falls within jurisdiction of South District, as such requested to send the matter before the Learned District & Session Judge (South District) Saket Court. In view of the submission & circumstances, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (South District) Saket Court.
Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (South District), Saket Court on 23.03.2017.
