This Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to deseal the property of the petitioner being 14-A, G/F 406/14A, Hari Nagar, New Delhi. The case of the petitioner is that a direction was passed on account of alleged misuse of residential property for industrial purposes; to seal the property of the said M/s.Varun Enterprises being EZ-406, P-14B, Janak Puri, Hari Nagar, New Delhi. However, wrongly and erroneously it is pleaded that the property of the petitioner has been sealed. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that a representation filed by the petitioner is pending with the concerned Deputy Commissioner of the respondent.

Let the Deputy Commissioner concerned treat the present Writ Petition as a representation of the petitioner. Let the concerned Deputy

Commissioner dispose of the said representation expeditiously preferably within four weeks from today. After passing the order the same shall be duly communicated to the petitioner.
